On Saturday 25th June, Radicon Transmission took part in the TOTAL WARRIOR event at Bramham Park in Leeds, along with Condition Monitoring partners PCMS Engineering. Between the companies a team of 24 lean (ish), mean (ish) employees from a cross section of departments were put forward to complete the 12km assault course with 30 challenging obstacles.

Navigating the strenuous course, the team faced the 15ft high Peaks of Pain, took a leap of faith over the Human BBQ fire pit, got a Shocker running through 100’s of electric wires and scaled sideways across a 20ft wide wall suspended over ice cold water. After over two hours the team then slid to victory along the 120ft water slide.

Well over £1,000 was raised for ‘Meningitis Now’ through individual sponsorship – a great achievement.
