Like many companies, we have recently put into action several contingency plans to protect our staff and customers from Covid-19, while maintaining our high service levels.

We have heeded the advice of Public Health England and other bodies and those staff who can work remotely are doing so. As they have full access to email and telephone, we don't anticipate any problems, and it will be business as usual.

We're pleased to be able to say that none of our team members have recently visited any high risk areas, such as China, Italy, Iran and South Korea.

We are avoiding face-to-face meetings for the foreseeable future, favouring telephone conference calls and Skype meetings instead.

Currently, only business critical visits are allowed to our facility and all visitors will be required to comply with the measures that we have put in place to safeguard themselves and our employees.

We will continue to monitor Public Health England’s guidelines and will adjust our approach if and when needed.
